She was predeceased by: her husbands, Agnew Neal and Gene Ferguson; her daughter Ellen Jean Neal; her daughter-in-law Barbara Neal; and her parents, Charles Fransisco and Mary Fransisco.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Uniforms; her children, John A. Neal and Betsy Hill (Kenan); her grandchildren, Joseph Neal (Luci), Jeanne Cecil (Jeremy), Aaron Wilson, Annabel Hill and John Hill; and her great grandchildren, Ava Cecil, Zoey Cecil, Elliott Cecil and Flora Neal. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
