He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stec and Anna Stec (Sim); his brother Joe Stecz; and his sister-in-law Eleanor of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Walker Stec; his children, Ed Jr., Tim (Jenn), Leigh (Dwayne Leik) and Meg (Bill Harris); his grandchildren, Hannah Stec Miller (Titus), Tyler Day Leik, Walker Harris, Cade Leik, Raigan Stec, Shane Stec, Carter Harris, Owen Stec, Bryant Stec, Caroline Harris, Merritt Leik and Houston Harris; his brothers, Charlie (Barbara), Bob (Pat), Jim (Joyce) and Dave; and his sister-in-law Jane Walker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be very pleased if you would contribute to the newly established "Ed and Lynda Stec Scholarship Fund," which will support a young person from Chattanooga Valley in pursuing post-high school education.
