He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Crutchfield; his children, Glen Crutchfield and Eddie Jo Crutchfield (Betty); and his siblings, Ted, John, Dorothy and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Wilson (Larry), Pat Crutchfield (Pam) and Terry Crutchfield (Felecia); his daughter-in-law Vickie Crutchfield; and his grandchildren, Briley, Matt, Adam, Jamie, Arica, Don and Cory. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
