He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Wilson and Mary Wilson; his wife Lynda Light Wilson; his son David Wayne Wilson; and his siblings, George Wilson, Mary Frances Gilreath and Sarah Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Wilson (Carol) and Jodi Bolt (David); and his grandchildren, Renee Wilson Jackson and Charles Richard Wilson. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Flintstone Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
