He is survived by: his children, Darlene Palmer, Deborah Qualls (Gary), Gerald Palmer (Pam) and Michael Pittman (Cheryl); his fiancée Alice Lawson; and his siblings, Gail Tolbert (Sonny), Debby Baker, Willard Palmer, Jimmy Palmer and David Palmer. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
