He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Vickie Downer, Robin Cabrera (Sandy), Kim Smith (Joe) and Chuck Wise (Denise); his grandchildren, Eric Cabrera, Stephanie May (Brandon), Ashley Harry, Brandon Wise, Brianna Wise, Nathaniel Wise, Nicole Esposito (Alex) and Chella Smith; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Gracie, Carlie, Lauren, Race, Reagan, Olivia, Shane, Landon, Turbo, Harper and Joey; and his great great grandchild Garrett.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Bill's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
