He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Bagley of Alaska and Haley Phillips (Ty) of Ocilla; his sister Sandy Moss (Wayne); his grandchildren, Connor Durham, Ayden, Corey and Hunter Phillips; and his nephews, Derik Humble and Wesley Reeves.
