He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Hartline and Janet Hartline of Earlington, KY.; his children, Shawn Hartline (Amber) of Enterprise, AL, Benjamin Hartline of Rhode Island, Cara Silver (Dustin) of Broxton, GA and Gracee Hartline of Alabama; his siblings, Lisa Mauk (Mark) of Madisonville, KY and Danny Hartline (Vicky) of Madisonville, KY; and his grandson Hunter Rhett Hartline. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
