She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Maxwell Reese; and her son Brandon Jay Sheffield. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Sheffield Duckworth and Ronnie Allen Batten of Vidalia; her grandchildren, Nicholae Sheffield, Stat Sheffield, Emily Rebecca Duckworth and Kaden Fountain; her nieces, Ann Taft Adams of Douglas, Morgan Taft of Douglas and Vickie Taft of Douglas; and also Walden Lee Fountain.
