He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Walter and Annie Lou Weaver Day; his former wife Janice Day; his brothers, Gerald Day and Terry Day; his sister-in-law Reba Day; and his daughter-in-law Marcy Day.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Day; his sons, Keith Day and Kevin Day; and his sister-in-law Julie Day. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Paulk Funeral Home (301 S Main St, Fitzgerald, GA 31750). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (279 Benjamin H Hill Dr E, Fitzgerald, GA 31750).
