We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2020, at the age of 72, Mary Morphet of Fitzgerald, Georgia, born in Eustis, Florida passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Morphet to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Spilliard and Bessie Liles Salmon; her stepfather Sam Salmon; her sister Barbara Adcock; and her stepbrother Pete Salmon.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Morphet; her son David Hayes (Elke Ga); her grandsons, Kevin Hayes and Jason Hayes; her great grandchild Jonathan Hayes; her siblings, Judy Chavis (James Chavis) and David A. Spilliard (Alice Spilliard); and her stepsiblings, Lee Salmon, Louise Black (Joe Black) and Iris Liles (Jimmy Liles). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held at Lakeside Memory Gardens in Eustis, Florida on June 23, 2020 beginning at 1:00 p.m. Instead of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to purchase a memorial bench in Mary's name to be placed in her hometown of Mt. Dora, Florida.
