She is survived by: her children, Charles, Jill Rowe of Cochran, Dale, Todd Ricks of Tifton, Rachel and Ricky Newton of Ocilla; her siblings, Carolyn Waller of Fitzgerald and Melvin Cleon Spicer (Debi) of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; and her close friends, Monnica of Fitzgerald, Ernest Alexander of Fitzgerald and Ricci of Fitzgerald. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
