He is survived by: his wife Olivet Renee'Breyfogle Bostick of Fitzgerald; his children, Steven Cody Bostick of Fitzgerald and Tiffany Knight; and his siblings, Darryl (Sherry Bostick), Terry (Linda Bostick), Dana (Wendy Bostick), Michael Galenn (Stacey Bostick) and Glenda (Gary Griffin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
