With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julian A. Courson of Fitzgerald, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Junior Courson and Era Belle Griffis Sheppard; his wife Elvera Turner Courson; and his son Adam LaRue "Rudy" Courson. He is survived by: his children, Linda (Bob Youngblood), Billy (Kim Rodgers), Stanley Courson of Hilliard, Melinda (Steve Underhill) and Julian Alan Courson of Lawtey, Florida; and his grandchildren, Clint Putman, Natasha, John Chandler, Leah Courson, Shara, Johnny Russell, B. J., Casey Rodgers, Dallas and Beth Rodgers. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
