He was predeceased by: his grandchild Jason Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Dot Hayes of Fitzgerald; and his children, Johnny, Jessica Hayes of Rogersville, Tommy, Gina Hayes of Andrews, Scottie, Heather Hayes of Fitzgerald, Denise, Randall Molton of Byron, Billy and Nydia Hayes of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
