He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rae and Winnell Rae; his siblings, Tony Wisham, Terry Wisham, David Roberts, Danny Overstreet and Darlene Poss; his son James Brian Williams; and his granddaughter Katelyn Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Williams (Kelly), Misty Dyvig (Adam) and Joey Williams (Nicole). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
