He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carlton and Mary Alice Garner; his siblings, Thomas Garner and Vicki Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Halbert Westberry and Charles Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Garner; his children, Michael "Doodle" Burnham (Malarie) and Jessica Burnham (Ron); his grandchildren, Briana Burnham, Tyler, Hailey Rodriguez, Kathy, Zackary Burnham, Lexie Burnham Gallagher and R. J.; his great grandchild Penelope Burnham Gallagher; his siblings, Dianne Jacobs, Susan Westberry, Cathy Bowman and John Alan Garner; and his sister-in-law Barbara Garner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
