Francis is survived by: parent Naomi Lois Roach Keanon; and brothers, David Clifford Keanon (Judy) of Bayhalia, Eugene Thomas Keanon (Laura) of Silver Springs, MD, John Robert Keanon (Cynthia) of Douglas, GA and Leon Charles Keanon of Fredricksburg, VA. Francis is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
