He is survived by: his parents, Tammy Elaine Merson Novy of Fitzgerald, GA and James Thomas Spivey of Alma, GA; his children, Rayna Spivey of Glennville, GA and Princeton Spivey of Glennville, GA; the mother of his children Amber Gomez of Glennville, GA; his siblings, Dillion Vickers of Douglas, GA and Adrienne Barlow of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandparents, James Merson of Douglas, GA, Gary Vickers and Wylene Vickers of Axson, GA. He is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.
