She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Charles Martin Taylor; her grandmother Dora Barron; her husband Felton D. Harper; her siblings, Merle Fenter, Lois Starr, Imogen Taylor, Arden Taylor, Lloyd Taylor and Hugh Taylor; and her nephew John Taylor. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and their children.
Her funeral service is a private family graveside service due to COVID-19.
