It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy Lynn Rainey of Fayetteville, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Floyd Rainey and Edna Bass; his siblings, Jennifer Ivey, Nancy Bozeman, Jerry Moore and Mick Moore; and his stepdaughter Allison.

He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his children, Monica Raiden (Randy) and Greg Rainey (Kristie); his grandchildren, Rainey Chapman (Clay), Chandler Raiden, Avery Raiden, Cameron Rainey and Cason Rainey; and his great grandchild Elaine Chapman.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mowell Funeral Home and Cremation Service - Fayetteville (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214).
