He was predeceased by: his parents, Thedford Harlan Anthony and Ann Cooley; his granddaughter Kaidence Elise Burris; his brother-in-law Charles Lewis; and his nephew John Lewis (Ty).

He is survived by: his wife Virginia Abney Anthony (Ginie); his children, Trent Harlan Anthony (Lindsey), Andrew Wesley (Drew) and Autumn Elise Anthony; his granddaughters, Olive Addison Anthony, Piper Elle Anthony and Ari Isabella Palmer; and his sisters, Patricia Ann Lewis (Charles) and Linda Joyce Harry. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 5 nephews.
