He is survived by: his wife Sally Goforth; his sons, Tony Goforth (Pam Goforth) and David Goforth (Rebecca Goforth); his brother Doug Goforth (Mary Anne Goforth); and his grandchildren, Nolan Sanders (Jacy McElreath), Miranda Sanders (Nick Paulsel), Grant Goforth (Heather Goforth) and Luke Goforth.
