He is survived by: his wife Glenda Joyce Chapman; his children, Jean Lewis (David), Teresa Whitaker (Dan), Lisa Daniel and Chip Chapman (Peggy); his grandchildren, Emily (Robert), Erika (Ryan), Cody (Samantha), Sara (Tanner), Trey (Erin), Josh, Drew, Tyler and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Lexi, Charli, Summer, Skyla, Brody, Abbie and Willow; and his sister Jo Major (Dan).
