He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bortles and Naomi Bortles; and his sister Donna Alger. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; his sister Rea Rubley; his sons, Randy (Laura), Rick and Rob (Suzy); and his grandchildren, Brooke, Alexa, Elle, Blake and Colby.
