He was predeceased by: his father Perry Stuart; his wife Elizabeth Keller Moody; his mother Frances Alyth Lisk Moody (Lisk); and his siblings, Elizabeth Moody Foster, Marjorie Moody Henderson, Perry Stuart Moody (Jud), Thomas Moody and Edward Moody.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Moody Jurecic (Jeffrey) and Justin Philip Moody of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Nicole Lacis (Nick) and Lauren Jurecic M. D.; his great grandchildren, Lila, Oliver and Madilee; his sister Rosemary Moody Valentine of Mason, OH; and his sister-in-law Katie Moody of Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Philip was also President of Colorado Springs Parkinson Support group and established the Parkinson's annual Walk a thon which is still active today.
