She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Puckett and Doreen Fullerton Puckett; her siblings, Paul F. Puckett, Victoria Puckett and William "Bill" Puckett; and her daughter Nicole Kelly.

She is survived by: her son Terrell Puckett (Pegi Graham) of Riverdale; her sisters, Roberta Puckett Scarbrough (Lynn) and Dorri Puckett Clotfelter (Virgil); her sister-in-law Phyllis Puckett; her grandchildren, Kieya Kelly, Meghan Brown (Levi) and Garrett Puckett; and her great grandchildren, Maddison, Rylee and Gavin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
