He is survived by: his wife Vivian Hutchinson; his children, Michael Banks (Alison), Kathy Orjuela (Danny) and Kerry Terry (Joe); and his sister Donna Dianne Hopkins (Ed). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces and one nephew.
