With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanne Chandler of Fayetteville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Jeanne had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Jeanne may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabella Hastie and Clifford Platt; her daughter Karen; and her grandson Ricky Robison. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Chandler; her children, Cheri Robison (Rick), Tammy Hunt (Sonny) and Jeff Chandler (Stephanie); and her sister Roberta "Bobbie" Doyle (Earl). She is also survived by ten grand kids and fourteen great grand kids.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coggins Funeral Home (321 Hannahs Mill Rd, Thomaston, GA 30286). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
