She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace O'Kelley and Marie O'Kelley; and her siblings, Herschel O'Kelley, Kenneth O'Kelley, Milton O'Kelley and Jeanette O'Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Wallace McIntosh (Joan), Marie Eggleston (John), Robbie McIntosh (Betsi) and Dale McIntosh; and her sisters, Shirley O'Kelley, Faye O'Kelley and Virginia O'Kelly. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
