With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Edward Bagwell (Fayetteville, Georgia), born in Duluth, Georgia, who passed away on December 9, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert M Bagwell and Essie Cash Bagwell; and his son Jon Herbert Bagwell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Young Bagwell; his children, Sharon Lee Benton (Bruce), Charles Edward Bagwell (Deborah) and Valerie Lynn McGreevy (Kevin); and his siblings, Leon Bagwell (Carolyn), Joyce Martin, Betty Clark and Robert (Bob). He is also survived by six grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
