He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Windolph and Harold Windolph. He is survived by: his former wife Rose Teasdale; his wife Barbara Williams; his children, Lee Windolph (Robin), Brett Windolph (Debbie) and Andrea Dunn (Timothy); his grandchildren, Austin Windolph, MaryBeth Presley (Connor) and Tanner Bolton; his sister Beverly Kunze (Dale); and his sister-in-law Vicky Ahillen (Joe). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to American Leukemia Foundation in honor of Gayle Windolph.
