He is survived by: his daughter Becky Swanson (Dennis); his grandsons, Ryan and Colin of Wedowee, Alabama; his son Bill Ellison (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Madison and Cameron of Cumming, Georgia; his mother Mary Ellison Collins; and his sisters, Donna West (Larry) of Birmingham, Marlene Shealy (Randy) of Birmingham and Marcella Shepherd (Roy) of Birmingham. He is also survived by many nieces nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
