She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Hugh Kerlin and Lillian Jones Kerlin (Massengale); her husband Sonny Hodge; and her siblings, Joan Pollard and Don Kerlin.
She is survived by: her daughter Cyndee Heard; her grandchildren, Josh Heard, Morgan, Ryan Heard, Alaina Perkins (Daniel Perkins), Leigh-Anne Heard and Jamey Pollard; her children, Dakota Clark, Allie and J. J. Pollard; her siblings-in-law, Ann Kerlin and Buddy Pollard; and her father-in-law Marvin Mund. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to Alzheimer's Association or the Dementia Society of America.
