We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2024, at the age of 96, Dorothy Mitchell (Fayetteville, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Monroe and Addie Mae Childers Monroe; her husband John Pyron; and her siblings, Lillian and Billy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Mayfield, Mary Helen Young and Melanie Kiely (Bob); and her grandchildren, Laurie Barahona (Al), Josh Young, Nick Young (Lisa), Mitch Kiely and Nate Kiely (Brittany). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fayetteville First Baptist Church.
