We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2024, at the age of 71, Deborah Lynn Saunders (Fayetteville, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Deborah Lynn has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Thigpen and Evelyn Thigpen; her siblings, Teresa Fambro and Charles Thigpen; her husband Rodney V. Saunders, III; and her children, Angela Filla, Jaime Rechy, Pamela Stephens and Rodney V. Saunders IV. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a tree be planted in her honor.
