It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Melvin Lee of Fayetteville, Georgia, who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Melvin Lee to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Lee and Nellie E. Lee; his wife Shirley Holt Lee; and his daughter Joye Annette Lee. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas G. Lee (Francesca) and Jeffrey S. Lee (Eva); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Michael and Christie Lee; and his great grandchild Scott Lee.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fayetteville Church of Christ (870 Redwine Rd, Fayetteville, GA 30215). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the College Park Cemetery (3600 Adams St, Atlanta, GA 30337).
