He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dietrich Warren and Braniff Airlines. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia; his wife Virginia Catoe Bell Warren; his children, Terry Heyward (Lee) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, William Warren (Princell) of Newnan, Theodore Warren (Louise) of Atlanta and Dr. Matthew Warren (Abigail) of Peachtree City, Georgia; his stepchildren, Cynthia Benua (Peter), Courtney Punkett and Christopher Bell; his sister Dr. Ann Duncan-Hively of St. Louis, Missouri; and his pets, Little and Carl. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
