She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Butler and Arrie Butler. She is survived by: her children, Susan Green (Jon), Barbara Ross (Lee) and Laurie Nelson (Terry); her grandchildren, Justin Ross, Adam Green (Amy), Andrew Ross (Ashley), Meredith Walker (Randy) and Stephen Nelson (Abigail); and her great grandchildren, Ira Green, Charlotte Ross and Bennett Ross.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mowell Funeral Home and Cremation Service - Fayetteville (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214).
