She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Ruby Cochran Smith; her son Jeff Young; and her brothers, Eugene Smith and Fred Smith.
She is survived by: her husband EJ Young; her children, Steve Young of Fairmount, GA, Stacy (Tara Young) of Fairmount, GA, BJ Young of Fairmount, GA, Shirley (Ronnie Gravley) and Pam (Billy Redd); and her sisters, Frances Turner of Canton, GA, Patty (Steve Batchlor) of Canton, GA, Katherine (Bobby Hodgins) of Canton, GA and Barbara McArthur of Canton, GA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 Great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Due to the national health crisis and the Covid – 19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
