It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Carter of Fairmount, Georgia, born in Austell, Georgia, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Moore and Beaulah Gilstrap Moore; her husband William Randall Carter; and her brother Cecil Moore. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracey Lynn Logan of Memphis, TN and Tonya (Kenneth Rumph); her siblings, Don Moore of Douglasville, GA and Patsy; and her brother-in-law James Nash of Powder Springs, GA. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
