She is survived by: her children, Scott Chadwick (Ava) and Tammy Swafford (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Samantha Chadwick, Scotty Chadwick, Shannon Chadwick, Rachel Mallett (Arron), Jeremy Jackson, Rhonda Johnson (Jonathan) and Regan Teem (Nathen); her great grandchildren, Kyle Jackson, Kaden Jackson, Annika Jackson and Jeremiah Johnson; and her sister Louise Williams.
