He is survived by: his wife Joyce West Kelley; his uncle LeRol; his aunt Jackie Watkins; his father-in-law Raymond West; his in-laws, Faye, Phillip Gibson, Vickie, Travis Childers, Ben and Donna West; his friends, Gary and Trenie Stewart; his nephews, Wesley Crook, David West, Liam and Gibson Scott; and his niece Jennifer Scott.
