He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Elias Bayne and Elaine Nolan Bayne; his siblings, Richard Bayne and Zella Sink; and his brother-in-law Melvin.
He is survived by: his children, C. W. Conner, Chris Bayne, Melanie Wray (Brian) and Beth Smith; his nephews, Frank Sink (Suzanne) and Keith Sink (Susie); and his close friends, Darlene Patterson and Chelsea Patterson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
