He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh G. Nix and Lucille Grace Bowman Nix; and his wife Judy Nicholson Nix. He is survived by: his daughter Michele Nix Berrong (Jason); his grandchildren, Samantha Nix, Colton Berrong and Gracelyn Berrong; and his sons, Rev. Crawford Greeson and Rev. Chuck Nix (Tiffany).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home (711 College St, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
