She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Cantrell and Claudine Palmer Cantrell; her siblings, David Cantrell, Wilma Dorsey and Loretta Slaton; and her brother-in-law Roger Slaton.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Nix (Amber), Spencer Nix (Renee) and Sherry Swanson (Tommy); her brother Ron Cantrell (Helen); her sister-in-law Barbara Cantrell; her sisters, Carol Westmoreland (Jack) and Jeanie Kinsey (Buford); her grandchildren, Deyton Nix, Colyn Nix, Zach Swanson, Alex Swanson, Drew Swanson, Cameron Harris, Jordon Nix and Nathan Wilbanks; and her great grandchild Ellie Wilbanks.
