She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Rutledge; her son Matthew Rutledge; and her brother Charles Young. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Setser (Kevin); and her siblings, Yvonne Hawkins, Red Young, Oscar Young (Sue), Arthur Young (Diane) and Mark Young. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
