She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Vogel; and her parents, Persis Woodgate and Leslie Woodgate. She is survived by: her children, David Vogel (Flora), Leslie Banister (Billy), Laura Stephens, Lisa McKinney (Chad) and Leigh Rayner (Russell); her grandchildren, Ronald Vogel, Eric Banister (Kerri Firth), Melody Vogel (Jon Gordon), Kelli Sekulow (Adam), Phoebe Stephens, Samantha Rayner and Pippa McKinney; and her sister Persis Jeanne Woodgate Miller (Barry). She is also survived by her 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Carol's name to Paw Angels Pet Rescue of Calhoun, GA, or to Project Love Spay Neuter of Ranger, GA.
