She was predeceased by: her parents, William Oscar Hayes Sr. and Mattie Elizabeth Hayes (Jones) of Dalton, Georgia.; her son Charles Jeffery Bray Sr. of Calhoun; and her siblings, Francis Bray of Calhoun, Helen Faw, Katherine Armstrong of Dalton, Pearlie Hayes of Michigan, Jess, John Earl, Floyd Runyan, Richard, Charles Buddy and William Oscar Hayes of Dalton.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Lee Bray; her children, Johnny (Dana Bray), Tony (Sharon Bray), Lori Bray and Lisa; her son-in-law Kevin Pruitt; her grandchildren, Charles Jeffery Bray Jr. (Stephanie), Drake Bray (Hanah), Jeremy Bray (Jasmine), Brandi Dutton (Anthony), April Hurndon (Blake), Cody Hurndon, Holly Land (Joseph), Rebecca Bray (Blake), Savannah Bray (Shane), Levi Thompson (Nicole), Austin Bray, Nicole Flowers (Dawson), Laynie Nix, Bo Pruitt (Danyelle), Steven Pruitt and Brittney Gurley (Shane); and her brother Jerry Hayes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
