She is survived by: her husband Samuel Bass of Sharpsburg, GA; her stepsons, Jay and Jim; her sons, Dustin Kyle Tetrick (Sylvia) of Wichita, KS, Robert Dilon Tetrick (Sophia) and Lucas Sean Tetrick of Hampton, GA.; and her siblings, Mary Rita Szostak (Ed), Ursula Butts (James), Cecelia Miller (Blaine) and Matthew Natalie.
